Driving Directions
From Florence Vespucci Airport (FLR): Distance to Villa Fiesole Hotel is 10 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis are available at the airport and the fare to the hotel is approximately Ç45. An airport bus departs for Florence's Santa Maria Novella Station every 30 minutes, and single tickets cost 6 EUR. Bus number 7 runs from here and stops in front of the hotel, leaving every 20 minutes from 7 a.m. to midnight. Prices are subject to change.
Getting around. Florence is compact and easily explored on foot. There are traffic restrictions in the city centre, and parking is expensive. Bright orange buses operate throughout the city centre, and tickets are available at vending machines or from tobacconists. Tickets are sold based on length of time, and are available for one, two, or 24 hours. There is a taxi rank in front of Santa Maria Novella Station.
Driving directions. From Florence Vespucci Airport. Follow directions to city centre (CENTRO). Keep following directions to the stadium and the blue signs to Fiesole. Continue up the hill that is the main road from Florence to Fiesole. One kilometre after San Domenico village is Villa Fiesole Hotel.
